    CBRE found a win-win solution in a very tight timeline for both the tenant and the landlord. The tenant could avoid a big capex for the move and get a fully refurbished industrial facility while the  landlord would have a good rental return from a top-tier tenant.


    An Asian chain store was forced to relocate and find suitable warehouse space of 200,000 sq ft.
