Andrew Howard-Johnson serves as Vice President for a top producing Data Center Advisory team based in Boston. He specializes in providing multi-market land acquisition strategy, colocation advisory, and ongoing strategic initiatives for some of the fastest growing and innovative companies in both the United States and abroad.
Since 2020 Andrew and his team have advised on over 5,400 acres, as well as several build-to-suit transactions and over 54MW in colocation leasing transactions.
