Additionally, Ada Fung, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, CBRE Hong Kong also won the prestigious Woman of the Built Environment Award at RICS Hong Kong Awards 2024.

The CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services – Office Services team of 37 brokers completed over 300 transactions in 2023 covering over 3 million sq. ft. of Grade A office spaces across Hong Kong. The Office Services team secured many marquee landlord representation mandates and built a strong reputation among Chinese PRC clients. As a leading real estate advisor, the CBRE team provides integrated real estate solutions for occupiers working alongside workplace, transaction management and project management teams. The Office Services team has played a pivotal role in promoting ESG practices through thought-leadership, workplace design, green lease education and sustainability accreditation.

Over the past three years, the CBRE Property Management team has successfully transformed its services from traditional to a holistic model. From pre-management to post-management stages, the team ensures operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The trophy win for YKK Buildings in 2023 highlights the team’s success in providing a full spectrum of property management services, including property leasing, tenancy management, Proptech, and ESG certifications.

As the Head of Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE Hong Kong, Ada leads a team of over 130 professionals in the Advisory & Transaction services department. Her multifaceted experiences include project management, sales management, and advisory & transaction services. The joint submission by Sotheby’s and our Hong Kong Advisory & Transaction Services – Office Services team for the leasing of Sotheby’s approximately 24,000 sq. ft. gallery and auction house at Chater House, and the 30,300 sq. ft. office space at Six Pacific Place, has been Highly Commended for the Best Deal of the Year award.
