CBRE Appoints Paul Baxter to Lead its Global Workplace Solutions Enterprise Accounts Business in APAC

Asia Pacific – 25 July, 2024 – CBRE Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Paul Baxter to the role of Regional Managing Director for its Global Workplace Solutions | Enterprise Accounts business in APAC. Mr. Baxter will assume these responsibilities in addition to his current role leading Enterprise Accounts for the Technology, Media and Telecom sector in the region.

Mr. Baxter has a depth of experience in the APAC market having served in senior leadership roles in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. He has more than 20 years’ experience across corporate real estate outsourcing, property management, facilities management, commercial leasing, and design and construction. He also brings a strong track record in strategizing and leading businesses through aggressive growth plans and has led the integration of major mergers and acquisitions in the APAC region.

Mr. Baxter will be relocating from Hong Kong to Singapore in the coming months.
