Richard began his real estate career in Melbourne, Australia, as a licensed property valuer. In 2011, he moved to Seoul, South Korea, where he spent nine years supporting international clients across valuations, research, consultancy, and transaction advisory. In 2020, he joined CBRE Japan as a senior member of the Investment Properties team.
Richard advises on acquisitions and dispositions across all asset types and markets in Japan, supporting both established and emerging offshore investors, as well as major international corporations.
