CBRE has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of the entire 8/F of East Sun Industrial Centre, No. 16 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong. The sale will be by private negotiation.
The property for sale, the entire 8/F, Block G, East Sun Industrial Centre, is located on Shing Yip Street. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Kwun Tong MTR Station. The property owner is putting it up for sale for the first time after possessing the property for over 35 years.
