Linda Kramer serves as Americas Consulting Director, Technology, Communications & Entertainment Services Sector Lead. In this role, she brings nearly two decades of workplace design and occupancy planning experience to support the pursuit of new business opportunities, and provides subject matter expertise to dedicated account clients across both Global Workplace Solutions and Advisory & Transaction Services, applying a metrics driven approach with benchmarking and integrated technologies.
Previously, Linda served as a Senior Director within another global Occupancy Planning Operations organization, providing solutions to prospective occupancy strategy project-level and annuity engagements based in the US West Region. Prior to that role within the same company, Linda had first-hand leadership experience dedicated on-account as the Occupancy Planning lead for the City National Bank account, directly interfacing with financial executives, leading occupancy planning strategy, growth forecasting, and recommendations for critical real estate portfolio decision-making.
Linda’s experience prior to CBRE includes a decade at leading commercial Architectural and Design firms in Los Angeles, California. As a technical lead, her corporate interiors projects ranged from schematic space planning to construction and contract administration. As Job Captain at Shlemmer + Algaze + Associates in the Accounts & Sustainability practice, and Job Captain at Gensler in the Real Estate Owners & Managers studio, she led tenant improvement projects focused on brokerage and landlord-driven project delivery across a wide range of industries.
Linda is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoys supporting local Bay Area philanthropic organizations in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties.
