Since joining CBRE at the start of 2009, Paul has been involved with several key corporate clients in the Asia Pacific region. In particular, Paul has been the Regional Account Manager for Barclays Capital and a Global High Technology Company for the region.
Paul has managed in excess of 1.5msq ft of transactions in Asia Pacific including lease acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, lease restructures and co-locations. Significant transactions include a groundbreaking ‘asset swap’ in Tokyo and major leasehold acquisitions in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and the Philippines.
Prior to joining CBRE, Paul worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for nine years, most recently as an EMEA Corporate Account Manager, and spent two years on secondment integrating fully into a client’s Real Estate & Facilities team.
Paul has a total of fourteen years corporate real estate experience having started his career with a tenant rep company in London’s West End market. He has a core understanding of valuation, taxation, investment and asset management disciplines, and brings a wealth of operational knowledge across asset classes having advised on industrial and commercial property portfolios within multiple real estate markets.
