CBRE Summer Internship Program

Our 6-week program provides interns with exposure to the commercial real estate industry and knowledge of operations through practical work and training. The program includes a two-hour orientation where you’ll learn about our company, our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of CBRE.

Interns will gain practical experience through on-the-job training. Along with fellow interns, you will work alongside our leaders within our company.

Managers from sponsored departments, Human Resources and Learning and Department will offer interns full support to facilitate learning throughout the program.

Program Structure:

• Core value of CBRE
• An office tour to know key department personnel and familiarize with office facilities

• On-the-job Training
• Feedback
• Classroom Training

You will be invited to join the CBRE Young Professional Social Event during internship to expand the professional network.

You will receive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed mentors, peers, managers and internal business partners.

You will also provide self-assessment during and after the training period.

This process would help you broaden your career aspirations and set a foundation in developing a long term career in real estate industry.

We are looking for high-caliber students who are on their second year or above, pursuing a college or university degree with the following criteria:

• Undergraduate students (majoring in Real Estate, Building Surveying, General Practice Surveying, Business Administration, Economic, Retail or other related disciplines)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and willing to learn
• Familiar with software such as MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
