CBRE’s South Eastern Europe (SEE) office in Zagreb achieved a landmark success in 2024, emerging as the top-performing commercial real estate consultancy in Croatia, according to data published by Fininfo, a leading platform for financial and business intelligence in the country.

With a business income exceeding €2 million, CBRE SEE’s Zagreb office outpaced all competitors in the sector, generating approximately 35% more revenue than the second-ranked company. This outstanding result places CBRE at the forefront of the Croatian commercial real estate advisory market.

The office also led in other key financial indicators, including average income per employee and overall profit, solidifying its position as the sector’s benchmark for performance and excellence. This marks a significant leap from its third-place ranking in 2023, underscoring the office’s rapid growth and strategic focus.

The opening of CBRE SEE’s Zagreb office in April 2021 marked a defining moment in the company’s strategic expansion across South Eastern Europe (SEE). This milestone followed the establishment of CBRE’s regional headquarters in Belgrade in 2018, which laid the foundation for a strong SEE presence.
