CBRE Secures Prime Central Location for Sofa Bar Livehouse

CBRE has successfully assisted Sofa Bar Livehouse, a leading live music salon operator from Chengdu, in securing approximately 3,100 sq. ft. of street-front retail space at The Centrium, 60 Wyndham Street, Central, for its inaugural Hong Kong venue. The new location is expected to open by end of September 2026, marking the company's first expansion into the Hong Kong market.

Situated in one of Hong Kong's most vibrant entertainment districts, the livehouse enjoys excellent street frontage and high visibility, providing strong exposure to both local patrons and international visitors.

Originally established in Chengdu, Sofa Bar Livehouse is known for its distinctive live music and cultural entertainment concept. The operator will make its Hong Kong debut with the new Central venue, bringing together performances by folk musicians, emerging artists and multicultural talent in a relaxing setting on stage designed to foster meaningful connections between performers and audiences.
