CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Jones as Vice Chairman, Advisory & Transaction Services – Office Services, CBRE Hong Kong, with immediate effect.
With over 20 years of experience in the Hong Kong office market, Ryan has established himself as a leading expert particularly in the Financial, Legal and Technology sectors. His expertise spans relocations, rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures, dispositions, market analysis, and occupancy planning.
