November 3, 2025
CBRE has successfully facilitated Siemens’ strategic office relocation in Sofia. Acting as the exclusive tenant advisor, CBRE supported the technology leader in securing its future workplace. The relocation marks a significant milestone in Siemens’ local operations, following the successful headquarters transaction.
The new administrative office will span 3,450 sqm, including workplace and storage areas, and will be located within NV Residence, an innovative mixed-use development in a prime southeast Sofia location. This prime urban location offers excellent connectivity and mobility options for the Siemens' employees.
CBRE delivered end-to-end tenant representation and transaction management services to Siemens, ensuring a seamless and strategic real estate journey. From curating a comprehensive list of location options to conducting detailed financial and technical comparisons, CBRE supported Siemens through every stage of the process - including site selection, lease negotiations, employee mapping, and location analysis. Beyond the transaction, CBRE also provided workplace and change management advisory, helping Siemens align its new space with evolving employee needs and organizational goals. This holistic approach empowered Siemens to make informed decisions that optimize both operational efficiency and employee experience.
“CBRE is proud to have partnered with Siemens on a strategic relocation that positions them for continued success. Leveraging our expertise, we've identified a future-ready office space with the potential to fuel innovation, drive operational excellence, and prioritize employee well-being,“ said Konstantin Vladov, Senior Consultant within CBRE’s Leasing Office team based in Sofia.
