CBRE Appoints Ada Fung as Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, CBRE Hong Kong

CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Ada Fung as Head of Advisory & Transaction (A&T) Services, CBRE Hong Kong, effective April 1 2024. In her expanded role, Ada will oversee all the A&T business lines, including Office Services, Workplace, Retail, Industrial & Logistics Services and Transaction Management.

“Since taking the helm of our Office Services business as the Head of Office Services, Advisory & Transaction Services in 2021, Ada has been instrumental in hiring best-in-class talent, developing a diverse leadership team, fostering market-leading practices to best address our clients’ real estate needs and taking significant market share across the Office Services, Workplace, and Transaction Management businesses”, continued Tom.
Having joined CBRE in 2011, Ada has proven to be an outstanding leader and has made significant contributions to the company. Throughout her tenure, Ada held several senior positions across various business lines. She started in Project Management in Hong Kong with a strong track record in business development. From 2015-2020, Ada oversees Sales Management & Pitch Management team for Greater China. And since 2021, she took the role as Head of Office Services, Advisory & Transaction Services for Hong Kong.
“In addition to being a highly effective leader, Ada’s strategic endeavors, including strengthening our PRC desk offering and growing our landlord representative business, have significantly bolstered our capabilities and market presence. As the Co-Head of the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee of the Urban Land Institute, Ada also takes an active role in elevating the professional standard and the overall development of the Real Estate industry, particularly in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
In her new position as the Head of Advisory & Transaction (A&T) Services, Hong Kong, Ada will continue to report directly to Tom Gaffney, President of North Asia, Advisory Services, CBRE, and will have a dotted-line reporting relationship with Luke Moffat, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, CBRE Asia Pacific.
