CBRE Appoints Ada Fung as Chief Operating Officer, Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong

CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Ada Fung as Chief Operating Officer, Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong, effective immediately. In her expanded role, Ada will lead all Advisory business lines in Hong Kong. She will report directly to Luke Moffat, President of North Asia, Advisory Services, CBRE. While continuing as Head of Leasing and Consulting, Hong Kong, with a dotted reporting line to Tom Gaffney, Head of Leasing, Advisory Services, CBRE Asia Pacific.

With this appointment, Ada will set the strategy for the Hong Kong business, oversee the financial and operational performance, spearhead market share growth initiatives, drive strategic hiring and talent development, and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture.

Ada joined CBRE in 2011 and brings over 24 years of industry experience. Throughout her tenure, she has developed deep expertise across all facets of the business and built a robust industry network. Ada is committed to delivering outstanding strategies and outcomes for clients while fostering high-performing teams to drive CBRE’s growth. Over the past five years, she has successfully led the firm’s Hong Kong Leasing and Consulting business to secure a market-leading position, based on combined revenue across all sectors. Between 2016 and 2020, Ada also established the company’s Greater China Sales Management and Pitch Management teams; prior to that, she served as Business Development Director for CBRE’s Project Management team for three years.

Outside CBRE, Ada serves as Chair of the Hong Kong RICS Board and sits on the RICS APAC World Regional Board, where she actively strengthens government relations and advances industry standards. She is a strong advocate for strong community and culture, having won the RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award in 2024 and led numerous inspirational external initiatives.
