CBRE Appointed as the Sole Agent for the Sale of No. 20 Kimberley Street

By the Order of the Administrators, CBRE has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of No. 20 Kimberley Street, Tsim Sha Tsui (the “Site”). The Site will be sold on “as-is” basis with vacant possession by Private Treaty and is subject to offer with an indicative price of HK$88 million (Accommodation Value: HK$5,200 per sq. ft.).

No. 20 Kimberley Street is a corner site of approximately 1,410 sq. ft., with a maximum commercial development potential of approximately 16,920 sq. ft. Plot Ratio GFA. Sitting in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the buzzing and energetic neighbourhood immediately surrounding the Site hosts an eclectic mix of retail, entertainment, F&B and nightlife options and is a must-go, highly popular destination for locals and international tourists. The Site is only a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit B2.
