CBRE has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of Commercial Accommodation and Commercial Unit B5 of The Zenith, at No.3 Wan Chai Road, Hong Kong with a total gross floor area of approx. 14,787 sq. ft. 

The original owner bought the property for about HK$320 million in 2017. The first and second floors were previously leased to Red Seasons and a clearance sale store (now vacant). The property for sale includes two ground floor entrances, the first and second floors, reserved façade B, two loading bays, and Commercial Unit B5 on Ground Floor. Subject Property has an independent escalator entrance, as well as an elevator and staircase entrance to the second floor. The new buyer can enjoy naming right and external wall advertising space, making it highly valuable for commercial purposes. This is suitable for retail, medical, education sectors, and various other uses.
