CBRE has been appointed as the lead agent for the sale of House D, No. 1-9 Watford Road, by expression of interest. The submission deadline is at 12nn, April 30, 2024 (Tuesday).
The Property for sale is House D, No. 1-9 Watford Road, The Peak, Hong Kong. With G/F, 1/F, 2/F and a garage, the Property has a total saleable area of 2,706 sq. ft. and will be sold on an “as-is” basis with vacant possession.
