Thomas is Executive Director, Head of Property Management of Hong Kong after his over 7 years of services in Savills with his last position as Senior Director. His time with Savills followed 17 years until Jan 2014 with JLL, where he rose to the position of National Director, Property Management.
Thomas brings more than 30 years’ experience in real estate operations to CBRE, along with a reputation for excellence in Property Management, Facilities Management and Asset Management by working with reputable developers and investors in Hong Kong and leading international real estate services companies. During his tenure there, Thomas oversaw a team of more than 80 professionals managing a mixed portfolio of assets and property management services for around 100 properties including Grade-A commercial buildings, luxury residential properties, data centers and private recreational clubs.
