Terence has accrued extensive valuation and advisory services experience over 10 years in the sector, including property investment and development projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis and modelling, public private-partnership, hotel management advisory, etc.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in surveying from The University of Hong Kong, he has augmented his academic foundation with various professional certifications, becoming a member of RICS in 2017 specializing in valuation and a general practice surveyor under HKIS in 2019.
In addition to his core surveying competencies, Terence has honed his expertise in real estate investment, development consultancy, and financial analysis. His accreditation as a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2021 underscores his prowess in investment strategies and financial assessments.
