Sunny Han

Sunny Han is the head of Valuation and Advisory services team for Eastern China, CBRE. Based in Shanghai, Sunny has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and is an expert in valuation and advisory services. Sunny will be managing key client relationships for the team, be responsible for upgrading the professional service standard and quality of the team and growing the valuation business.

Prior to joining CBRE, Sunny established and headed the valuation team for Knight Frank Shanghai. In this role, as a team leader, Sunny was responsible for providing high quality valuation services to major foreign institutional investors, domestic and foreign banks, funds, and large-scale real estate developers. She was also responsible for property consultancy services and business development for the team.
From 2006 to 2012, Sunny worked as a senior manager in Valuation Department of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for more than 6 years. She has worked for both JLL Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing office and also helped set up and led the Beijing valuation team since 2010. In this role, Sunny was in charge of deal pitching, deal execution and client relationship maintenance across China. Her valuation experience in JLL covered all property types across China with total asset value exceeding US$20,000 million.

Sunny has 15 years’ experiences in Real Estate Market, specializing in surveying and advisory filed with exposure to the PRC and Hong Kong property market. As a qualified surveyor in the PRC as well as a member of the RICS, she has been involved in a wide range of valuation projects in most of the major PRC cities for various purposes including IPO, acquisition, due diligence, financing and accounting purposes with total value exceeding US$50,000 million. As a CFA charter-holder, she is also proficient in Financial Analysis as well as Cash Flow Analysis.
