Stephen Lin

Stephen Lin, a Senior Director of Valuation and Advisory Services, specializing in providing valuation advisory services in the PRC, Hong Kong and Macau market. Stephen is also responsible for promoting our specialized hospitality services and data center valuations.

Stephen has over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector in the Greater China region. He started his career with CBRE in 2007. Prior to rejoining the team in 2018, he was working in Jones Lang LaSalle leading the PRC valuation team. Over these years, he has been involved in a wide range of valuation focusing in the PRC, Hong Kong and Macau market for various purposes. Principle areas of valuation activities include: portfolio asset valuation, valuation for transactional support and due diligence, asset valuation for non-performing loans acquisition and valuation for loan syndications, financing and sale and purchase purposes.
