Sherwan Esmailzadeh

Sherwan has over five years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory based in Hong Kong. In his previous post he held the position of team leader and manager at Colliers Hong Kong, heading the five-strong International Client Services team. His specialties are in valuations and advice of APAC portfolios of institutional investors as well as data centre and hotel valuations with a focus on Hong Kong, Japan and Southeast Asia. 

Background

Sherwan is a Senior Manager of the Valuation & Advisory Services team at CBRE Hong Kong with a focus on large, multinational investors. He is a double degree holder with an MSc. in Real Estate (Finance and Investment) from the Hong Kong University (HKU) and another MSc. in Real Estate Management from the International Real Estate Business School (IRE|BS) in Regensburg, Germany.
