Sam Mock is a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) with over 33 years of comprehensive experience in property investment, advisory, and transactional services. He is awarded CBRE Top Performers in Year 2023, 2024 & 2025. Prior to joining CBRE, Sam spent 24 years with Savills (Hong Kong) Limited, where he held the position of Head of Investment Sales Division. During his tenure, he played a pivotal leadership role in expanding the investment department from a 4‑person team into a market‑leading division comprising over 60 property agents, establishing one of the most prominent investment brokerage teams in Hong Kong.
Sam began his real estate career in 1993 with the Investment Department at Jones Lang Wootton, where he quickly advanced to Associate Director. In this role, he handled acquisition and disposal mandates for investment properties, building a solid foundation in valuation, deal structuring, and client advisory.
Over the course of his career, Sam has built an extensive and diverse professional repertoire that includes property valuation, leasing, sale and purchase transactions, collective sales, and asset and building management advisory.
