Sam Mock, is a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) with 28 years of experience in property investment. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at Savills (Hong Kong) Limited for 24 years and his most recent role was Head of Investment Sales Division. He was largely responsible for the expansion of the investment team which grew from 4 persons to currently comprise of over 60 property agents.
Sam started his career in real estate at Jones Lang Wootton Investment Department in 1993. He was later promoted to Associate Director and was responsible for the sale and acquisition of investment properties.
Sam’s comprehensive repertoire of services include property valuation, leasing, sale & purchase or collective sale of units; and provide advice on asset management & building management. With his well proven track record and valuable experience, Sam was recognized as one of the top market leader in the industry for the past 15 years.
