Ryan has spent his entire career serving the occupancy needs of corporate clients in Hong Kong and London. He joined CBRE in 2005 and focuses on representing tenants with particular emphasis on the Financial, Legal and Technology sectors.
Responsible for providing a broad range of services to help office tenants align their real estate requirements with their strategic objectives, Ryan has extensive experience in relocations, rent reviews and lease renewals, restructures and dispositions as well as market analysis and occupancy planning. Ryan’s achievements include transactions completed on behalf of a host of multi-national corporate occupiers from a very broad range of business sectors.
