Philip Li is a CBRE’s Operations Director for Property Management in Hong Kong. Philip is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties in Hong Kong. His professional duties include supervision of daily building operations, renovation and improvement work, budgetary control and tenancy management.
Philip has started his career in property management since graduation and has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior in joining CBRE, Philip worked in Jones Lang LaSalle, where he oversaw a portfolio which includes multiple grade A commercial buildings in Hong Kong. His effort is recognized and appreciated by his clients, in areas which he has dealt with coordination and planning of the building renovation works.
