Patrick Chau oversees and leads CBRE's luxury residential platform, delivering high-value residential advisory and transaction services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, developers, financial institutions, and cross-border investors.
With 28 years of experience spanning Hong Kong, mainland China, Asia, and the United Kingdom, Patrick is widely recognized as one of Hong Kong's most respected luxury residential advisors. His expertise covers trophy homes, single lots, developer luxury inventory, mortgagee and receiver sales, private wealth advisory, and cross-border investment transactions. Throughout his career, he has built deep relationships with developers, banks, receivers, family offices and UHNWIs. Patrick has personally involved in property transactions with a total value exceeding HKD 30 billion.
Previously, Patrick served as a Board Member and Senior Director at Savills (Hong Kong) Limited, where he spent 17 years (2003–2019), where he held senior leadership positions, including Board Member and Senior Director.
