Manyi is a Director and Head of Workplace within the Occupier Consulting and Workplace Strategy Division based in Hong Kong. Her expertise lies in Workplace Strategy and Change Management for corporate clients.
She has over ten years’ experience and a wide exposure working for a diverse range of clientele, including financial institutions, technological firms, insurance and other professional services, logistics and food & beverages companies across Hong Kong and China. She has successfully facilitated her clients to create an effective workplace environments tailored to their business, culture and people.
Based on clients’ needs, Manyi has led different types of projects across APAC i.e. feasibility study, move-stay study, workplace strategy and design, and also a variety of change communication and engagement activities, that have helped employees to transit into their new workplace and new ways of working.
Prior to this position, Manyi has worked as a Strategy and Change consultant in one of the leading design firm in Hong Kong, and have been a core member of an independent Workplace Consultant firm from 2017 – 2019. Manyi also have a hands-on experiences in working on projects from beginning to the end, from early strategy stage to test-fits, design concept, design details, on-site construction and final delivery.
