Jennifer joined CBRE in 2021 as the Head of Workplace Strategy in Hong Kong. With a holistic understanding of different workplace strategies and the latest market trends, Jennifer brings expertise in developing data-driven and actionable solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives. Her passion lies towards creating innovative spaces that bring together collaboration and productivity.
Prior to CBRE, Jennifer held leadership positions at The Executive Centre (TEC), where she was responsible for their coworking product line, led the company’s expansion strategy, and implemented the integration of hybrid working into clients’ real estate portfolios. With the exposure of working with a range of industries, she is equipped with a well-rounded view of the state of the market. Prior to TEC, Jennifer worked at Bloomberg specialising in Fundamentals data.
