Throughout his career, Eddie has demonstrated expertise in deal origination, feasibility studies, financial modeling, negotiation, portfolio valuations and end-to-end deal management, spanning various sectors such as industrial/logistics, commercial, and residential.

Eddie's notable achievements include leading significant acquisitions and disposals, such as the acquisition of a commercial development site in Anderson Road Quarry Development Area for Link REIT and the sale of luxury residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong and Taipei for Phoenix Property Investors. His contributions to the industry are further highlighted by his ability to craft comprehensive business plans, investment proposals, and market analyses that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.

During his tenure at Link REIT, Eddie played a pivotal role in managing the company's entire portfolio valuations, which included assets valued at over HK$238 billion and comprised 154 assets across various sectors and geographies as of September 2023.

Eddie as the landlord representative also has a proven record of handling complex land administration, lease modification, site assemblage and town planning processes. Eddie has successfully navigated land matters such as the acquisition of development sites at No. 48 Caine Road, Nos. 75-79 Lockhart Road, No. 232 Wanchai Road via site assemblage, and the land premium negotiation and subsequent disposition of Patina, No. 18 Junction Road.
