Don Leeke

Don Leeke serves as Group President for CBRE’s Financial & Professional Services and Retail Sectors, where he leads strategic growth and client engagement across two of the company’s most dynamic industry verticals.

Prior to this role, Don was CBRE’s Chief Growth Officer for Occupier Solutions, overseeing Client Care, CBRE Institute, Business Analytics, and Global Sales & Client Solutions. He also served as President of Sales and Client Solutions for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business and held the role of Chief Client Success Officer, where he was responsible for driving client satisfaction and engagement across CBRE’s Occupier portfolio.

Since joining CBRE in 2016, Don has brought more than two decades of leadership experience to the organization. Before CBRE, Don held senior global sales leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and IBM. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for CBRE Government & Defense Services.

Based in Minneapolis, Don continues to be a driving force behind CBRE’s client-centric growth strategy.
