David McKellar

David McKellar, a seasoned leader, is the Head of CBRE's Office Services team in Singapore. He leads the region's premier and most established office leasing team with confidence and expertise. Since joining CBRE in 2003, David has specialized in the Asia Pacific office sector, managing investor- and occupier-focused assignments and teams.
 
The Singapore Office Services team, under David's leadership, is the highest-performing brokerage team in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The team advises on the largest share of principal and landmark transactions, a testament to their exceptional performance. Known for its stability, the team boasts an average tenure of more than 15 years per team member. The team works closely with CBRE's project management, commercial interiors, workplace strategies, occupier consulting, transaction management, and capital markets teams to provide comprehensive, client-focused real estate solutions.

David's international experience includes a significant tenure in Tokyo from 2006 to 2011, during which time he was responsible for the operational management of CBRE's Tenant Representation team.

Before his tenure in Japan, David began his career with CBRE in New Zealand as an Auckland Office Services team member.
