Amber Mao

Prior to rejoining CBRE, Amber worked in real estate industry as a valuation professional for over 10 years. She started as a Graduate Trainee in CBRE, participating in consultancy projects and investment deals. She moved to a peer firm served as Associate Director for institutional investor’s valuation and consultancy.

Background

Amber’s main area of expertise is real estate investment consultancy and portfolio valuations for corporate clients. She has experience with a wide array of assignments with broad geographic coverage, including properties and other fixed assets located in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, Macau. Amber is familiar with listing rules of the HKEx and SFC, enabling her to provide professional services to listed companies, especially in the fields of corporate financing and accounting.

Being excellent in time management and cross-regional market insight, Amber manages portfolio valuations in an organized, detailed and self-consistent way. She is also an expert in alternative investments – co-living, cold-chain, self-storage, pharma laboratories and more.
