  • Commercial real estate investment volume contracted by 46.8% q-o-q to HK$5.8 billion in Q1 2025, the second lowest quarterly total since Q1 2009. The total of 22 deals completed this quarter was slightly below the average of 25 deals per quarter seen in 2024.
