Wholesale colocation data centers across the primary U.S. markets of Northern Virginia, Dallas, Silicon Valley, Chicago, Phoenix, New York Tri-State and Atlanta recorded 453.4 megawatts (MW) of positive net absorption in the first half of 2022, more than triple H1 2021’s level and almost 60% of it in Northern Virginia.
