Guy Payn joined CBRE in February 2008 from a UK based Specialist Rural Surveying Firm, Smiths Gore where he gained both his Chartered status and Acceptance as a fellow of The Central Association for Agricultural Valuers in 2006. Guy’s current role extends to an assisting role on the Prudential and Cisco accounts, supporting the delivery of real estate transactions, strategic planning processes and preparing portfolio analysis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Guy was a Surveyor with Smiths Gore. He gained comprehensive experience in rural asset management across, valuation, lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals, planning issues, annual and biannual budget and strategic planning. Clients included, The Duchy of Lancaster, The Crown Estate Commissioners, The highways Authority, The Coal Authority and The Church Commissioners and a number of high net worth individuals.
