Background

Fiona is a Senior Director with CBRE’s Workplace Strategies team in Hong Kong. She has over fifteen years of international experience in development and implementation of business strategies with a proven track record for delivering value to organizations through workplace and design. 

Fiona works to bolster the performance of organizations by developing holistic solutions that integrate people, work processes, technology, and space. Her experiences have given her a strong understanding of corporate real estate end-to-end – organizational design, processes, workplace design, planning, portfolio decisions, risks and operations. She has worked directly with corporate real estate executives and business leaders helping them make decisions about how they support their people, position their businesses and manage their real estate assets. She sees the importance of, and plans for, an effective experience that her client’s organization, team and staff can achieve via a well-thought out, well-designed and well-planned workplace.

Fiona not only focuses on analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data, she also uses her psychological insights to create strategies for workplace and real estate portfolios. This is done whilst aligning the strategic actions with the overall vision of the organization in mind. Her skills and expertise have provided clients with solutions that are both viable, people focused and highly innovative. She brings a comprehensive international array of experience, having worked in the United States of America, Mexico, United Kingdom, mainland Europe, United Arab Emirates, India, China, all of Asia and Australia. She moved to Singapore a decade ago.

Fiona has led numerous small, medium and large engagements ranging from local to global organizations and from a large variety of industries. Through her engagement skills, psychology and process, she has advised and collaborated with her clients to design integrated environments. The utilization of her skills enabled her clients to attain improved efficiency, higher satisfaction, engagement and ultimately better value.
