Eddie Holder is responsible for all digital initiatives within the Asia Pacific region. His duties include:

  • Advising offices and managing directors on marketing and cost saving solutions by utilizing web marketing
  • Coordinating the recruitment, training, and support of Web Publishers for CBRE’s international locations
  • Conducting training and awareness programs for web tools and marketing techniques
  • Maintaining corporate branding and consistency throughout CBRE website
  • Encouraging the use of the web throughout the international offices resulting in improved marketing capabilities, cost savings, and increased client relations
  • Working with the rest of the Digital Marketing Group to create resources, job descriptions, training programs and certifications for local office publishers


Professional Experience

Eddie began working with CB Richard Ellis in August of 2004 as an Accounting Specialist in the Washington, DC office where he oversaw the Accounts Payable process for the Washington/Baltimore local market area.  Eddie joined the Web Marketing Group in June 2005 as the Web Marketing Specialist overseeing the web marketing program for affiliate offices.  In May of 2006, Eddie transitioned to work with the international offices, service lines, and departments on their web initiatives.  In June 2008, Eddie was promoted to Project Manager where he managed website vendor relationships, oversaw website vendor software integrations, and established training programs for internal application users.  Eddie was promoted to Senior Web Marketing Manager in April 2011.
