The annual CBRE flagship event attracts leaders from the industry, investment and business communities to discuss pressing matters of the day. At CBRE Forum Hong Kong 2023, CBRE sector experts and industry leaders will gather to discuss how we can turbocharge Hong Kong’s recovery and ensure the real estate industry continues to thrive.

Current challenges range from interest rate hikes, rising vacancies, fewer tourists than predicted, a lacklustre global economy, geo-political tensions, intense competition from other markets and an intense war for talent to an ageing population. Government policies such as the dual-metropolis city development plan are set to strengthen the city’s real estate market over the longer term – but the question is how and when will we see the results?

During a memorable afternoon of keynote speeches, panel discussions and a one-on-one fireside chat, experts will provide insights into emerging trends such as ESG investing and ways for corporates and property stakeholders to manage their challenges head-on.
