With more than 15 years of experience in retail leasing, Lawrence is responsible for steering the Advisory & Transaction Services – Retail team to deliver exception solutions for clients. Lawrence has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for both local and international retailers, as well as landlords and developers. He is also well-versed in the latest market trends and consumer insights, which enable him to offer strategic advice and innovative solutions.

He is based in Hong Kong and works closely with the Asia Pacific and Global Research teams to proactively drive CBRE’s ongoing objective, to produce first-class industry insight, research, and analysis for CBRE clients. Marcos has a profound understanding of the real estate market in the Greater China region, and with his strong research background in real estate agency, he is well-versed with occupier trends and landlord requirements.

Reeves has over 15 years of real estate experience. He started his career as a valuation surveyor, and progressively moved into the property investment space, rising as one of the top deal makers in the industry. With his well proven track record and valuable experience, he delivers high standard of professional services to property developers, institutional fund managers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and Mainland China and overseas investors.

Reeves is responsible for the Capital Markets business for CBRE Hong Kong and leads a team of professional real estate consultants to deliver world-class investment solutions to the clients. Reeves has over 15 years of real estate experience. Alex started his career at John Swire & Sons working in the United States, China & Hong Kong. Since 2004 he has been an entrepreneur in many different areas of the real estate investment space. Alex also has a long history of mentoring and investing in startups and technology companies in the proptech and real estate space and has sat a number of committees in this space including the ULI Technology Committee, the Proptech HK POC Committee, the Negawatt Sustainability Committee and the Spacious Advisory Committee.

Andrew began his career in real estate in London in 1987 as a graduate with Edward Erdman Chartered Surveyors, moving to Nelson Bakewell the following year. He moved to Asia with Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in 1993. Between 1995 and 2000 Andrew worked at Jardine Fleming as portfolio manager of a pan-Asian real estate fund.

Arthur is a certified ESG Planner of International Chamber of Sustainable Development, Carbon Audit Professional and a certified Energy Manager of The Association of Energy Engineers (Hong Kong Chapter). Arthur has also completed executive courses such as Net Zero from Cambridge University, Artificial Intelligence for Business from MIT, and Venture Capital from Stanford University.

Keilem Ng mixes an international career working in real estate finance and investment with a passionate commitment to sustainability and the environment. Keilem is currently General Manager - Sustainability at Link REIT, Asia’s largest real estate investment trust, and is responsible for integrating sustainability into all aspects of the business. Keilem joined the investment industry in 2004 and has worked in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong covering global markets. From 2009 to 2017, Keilem was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Asset Management responsible for real asset acquisitions and asset management throughout Asia Pacific. Keilem holds a BA in Architecture from Yale University and a MS in Real Estate from New York University. She is also the founder of the non-profit organisations Eco Marine and Exchange and Empower.

Dr. Allan Zeman, GBM, GBS, JP, FCPA (Aust.) is the Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, a major property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong Area, one of Hong Kong’s most popular tourist and entertainment districts.

Lan Kwai Fong Group in recent years, has expanded to various cities in China which include Chengdu and the GBA area. Dr. Zeman is also the owner of Paradise Properties Group, a property developer in Thailand which includes the award-winning Andara Resort in Phuket. Dr. Zeman also has a joint venture with Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD) in Phang Nag which is luxury resort, villa development called the Aquella. 

Dr. Zeman serves as a director of the "Star" Ferry Company, Limited. He is also the Non-Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited and is an independent non-executive director of Sino Land Company Limited, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) and Fosun Tourism Group, all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dr. Zeman is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited, a prominent gaming operator in the US and Macau.

Having lived in Hong Kong for over 50 years, Dr. Zeman has been very involved in government services as well as community activities. Besides having been the Chairman of Hong Kong Ocean Park, a major theme park in Hong Kong, from July 2003 to June 2014 and its Honorary Advisor from 2014 July to 2022 June. Dr. Zeman was a member of the Board of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, and the chairman of its Performing Arts Committee from 2008 to 2016 and is now the Honorary Advisor and the Chairman of its Commercial Letting Panel. Dr. Zeman was a Board Member of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong from 2015 – 2022 June. During that time, we have seen the completion of the 3rd runway of the Hong Kong international Airport. In March 2023, Dr. Zeman was appointed as a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers. 

In September 2014, Dr. Zeman was invited by former HKSAR Chief Executive Mr. CH Tung to be a Governor to his Our Hong Kong Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting the long-term and overall interests of Hong Kong. 

Dr. Zeman is a member of the HKSAR Human Resources Planning Commission which is chaired by the Chief Secretary of Hong Kong. It is aimed to consolidate resources and efforts of the Government and various sectors to examine, review and co-ordinate policies and measures on human resources in a holistic manner. 

Dr. Zeman is appointed as a member of the Task Force on Promoting and Branding Hong Kong in January 2023. The Task Force is led by Financial Secretary Paul Chan. It will advise the Government on the overall strategy of promoting Hong Kong's advantages, and on the promotional plans and activities that will take place overseas and in the mainland.

Dr. Zeman is appointed as a member of the HKSAR Chief Executive Council of Advisors. The Council is a high-level advisory body to advise the Chief Executive on the strategic development of Hong Kong, leveraging on opportunities from national and global developments. 

Dr. Zeman is appointed as a member of the Culture Commission aims at advising the HKSAR government on policy, strategy and initiative for Hong Kong’s art, cultural and creative industries development. 

Dr. Zeman is a member of the Board of Governors of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Dr. Zeman is also a board director of The Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund launched by the Alibaba Group. Dr. Zeman also serves as a Board Member of the Clinical Governance Committee of the Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital.
 
In 2001, Dr. Zeman was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong. He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2004 and the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2011. In 2008, Dr. Zeman was awarded Businessperson of the Year by the Hong Kong Business Award. 

In 2008, Dr. Zeman renounced his Canadian citizenship and became a Chinese citizen. Dr. Zeman received a home-return permit card and a Hong Kong SAR passport.
Dr. Zeman received an Honorary Doctor of Laws from University of Western Ontario, Canada. In 2012, Dr. Zeman was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong and University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong. Dr. Zeman was awarded as the Honorary Member of the CPA Australia in February 2016. 

In 2019, Dr. Zeman was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees of Business Administration from Open University of Hong Kong, now known as the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. 

In 2022, Dr. Zeman was awarded Honorary Fellowship by Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) in recognized of Dr. Zeman’s distinguished contributions to global sustainable development.
