As Executive Director of Office Services, Asia, Nigel is responsible for CB Richard Ellis's activities in the sales, leasing and strategic planning with landlords & occupiers of office properties in Hong Kong. Nigel has over 13 years of experience in Hong Kong property encompassing diverse disciplines such as investor services, occupier solutions and professional & consultancy services.
Over this time he has handled the marketing of over 20 million s.f. of sole agency appointments including The Gateway (1.5million sq.ft.), Millennium City (1.3million sq.ft.) and The Harbourfront (800,000 sq.ft.). In addition, he has successfully completed numerous significant office transactions for many of the world's most recognised corporations.
During his career, Nigel worked in London for Gerald Eve and Knight Frank international and in Hong Kong for Jones Lang LaSalle.
