As Managing Director for Corporate Services, Asia Pacific, John has the responsibility for managing the services we offer to our major international occupier clients across the diversified countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Services offered by his centralised team include Strategic Planning and Consulting, Transaction Management, Project Management, Facility Management and Portfolio Management.
John commenced his career in 1986, he has successfully completed numerous office and industrial transactions and prepared strategic real estate plans for many of the world’s largest multinational corporations.
The CB Richard Ellis Asia-Pacific Corporate Services team has three resource centres located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. Today, John manages a team of 20 professionals and has ultimate responsbility for client portofolios extending to more than 11 million sq.ft .
