Rebecca Shum is the Executive Director and Head of Investment & Project Marketing Services at CB Richard Ellis Limited. Currently she focuses on expanding investment sales and international properties business in Hong Kong. With her excellent relationship with real estate developers in Asia, Rebecca plays an important role coordinating regional marketing activities and explores international investment opportunities for property investors, particularly in Greater China, Singapore & Thailand markets.

Rebecca has over 22 years experience in valuation, investment sales and project marketing services. She has established an outstanding transaction record and is well recognized as one of the top property investment advisors. Rebecca was awarded Asia Circle of Excellence in Investment Properties and Residential Project Marketing in years 2004, 2005 & 2007.

Rebecca earned a Master of Science Degree in Property Development and Investment from the Greenwich University. She is the Publisher and Editorial Director of Privilege Magazine.
