Alan's extensive client list includes financial institutions, insurance companies, services companies and quasi-government bodies. 

He joined the real estate industry in 1992.  He has been serving corporate clients and involved in marketing for office and residential premises in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. In 1996 Alan joined CB Richard Ellis and now he focuses on the commercial property sector in Hong Kong.
