Rhodri James is an Executive Director, Office Services at CB Richard Ellis and overseesthe direction, objectives and business development initiatives associated with theOffice Services business line in Hong Kong, Kowloon and Macau. He also providesstrategic advice and portfolio analysis to clients in conjunction with the managementand development of the Office Services business line.

 

Rhodri joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006. He possesses a proven track record in theoffice sector in Hong Kong, primarily in tenant representation, having been involved inthe real estate market in Hong Kong for the past nine years.

 

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Rhodri was Regional Director, Head of TenantRepresentation at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong. As Regional Director, heprovided professional Landlord and Tenant advice, master planning and acquisitionstrategies to a wide range of multinational corporations.

 

Prior to relocating to Hong Kong, Rhodri also spent four years as an Asset Manager atthe Commission for New Towns in London where he managed a significant portfolioof real estate including industrial, commercial, retail, retail and leisure properties.

 

Earlier in his career, Rhodri was an Assistant Consultant at Natta Group, aconstruction organization specializing in civil engineering, land decontamination,restoration, constructive remediation and infrastructure projects in London.
