As Executive Director of Global Research & Client Services for Asia, Andrew is responsible for managing the provision of research and consultancy services with respect to China and Hong Kong. His responsibility includes the provision of in-house support to the Company's agency and professional services departments; managing the preparation of Greater China's real estate publications and also overseeing the provision of ad-hoc consultancy services to external clients
Andrew first joined CB Richard Ellis in 1988 and rejoined in 1995. He has over 20 years of experience in research with a proven track record in the preparation of over 50 consultancy reports concerning People's Republic of China and Hong Kong.
