1. Associate Director - Regional Facilities Management (Ref. HK-GCS-2008-62)  
Global Corporate Services 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with the client for all facilities management issues and act as contact point for multiple regional account teams;
  • Lead a team of functional networks experts including Health & Safety, Sourcing, Critical Environments and Energy to improve service quality, costs control and the performance for clients;
  • Support all new business initiatives for the Asia Pacific region including due diligence and presentations;
  • Review staffing, training, and evaluating operations and maintenance for multiple accounts; and
  • Review and negotiate contract documents, to ensure consistency and adherence with client and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, business administration or facilities management;
  • A minimum of five years facilities management experience in MNC or Investment Banking environment;
  • Good knowledge of all laws that govern building management and maintenance, including familiarity with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and legislation that have an impact on building safety, emergency evacuation and environment protection;
  • Strong leadership and management experience in APAC;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; working proficiency in spoken Mandarin; and
  • Position may require frequent travel.

2. Accounts Clerk (Ref. HK-FIN-2008-63)  
Finance & Accounting 

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on accounts payables with a view in extending responsibilities to include month-end closing in subsequent time;
  • Cover Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan books;
  • Prepare accounts reconciliation; and
  • Handle ad hoc financial reports and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting or above;
  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience in accounts payable or receivable;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Sun Accounts preferred;
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Solid working knowledge of PRC accounting a definite advantage; and
  • Candidates with immediate availability preferred.

3. Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor (Ref. HK-BCS-2008-61)  
Building Consultancy Services 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct condition survey relate to building repair / maintenance projects;
  • Assist PM to supervisor the repair and maintenance projects, A&A works and renovation projects;
  • Follow guidelines and carry out instructions, working as part of a cohesive team to meet assignment deadlines and achieve business targets; and
  • Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Department and Company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related disciplines;
  • Proficiency in using computer skills, ACAD, and MS Office;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently; and
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

4. Assistant Manager / Manager (Ref. HK-ASV-2008-60)  
Asset Services
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the portfolio of commercial & residential properties;
  • Lead and supervisor a team of assistant managers, officers and site staffs to deliver high quality services to clients;
  • Act as an accountable account manager, responsive to clients’ queries and maintain strong building clients’ relationship;
  • Assist in business development for the department;
  • Proactive for the enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency; and
  • Take lead in special project as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in property and / or tenancy management; candidate with at least one year in managerial position will be consider for Manager role;
  • Holder’s of Estate Agents (personal) license, Members of Hong Kong Institution of Housing and Register Housing Manager;
  • Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance and tenancy related ordinance;
  • Good commence of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin-preferable); and
  • Team player, good interpersonal & problem solving skill.

5. Senior Manager / Associate Director (Ref. HK-RSH-2008-58)  
CBRE Research 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Department, including supervising its research, IT and administrative functions;
  • Lead team in servicing the needs of existing internal/external clients and the general nurturing of client relationships;
  • Supervise the collection and collation of the property data for the company and to co-ordinate and execute research assignments for internal/external clients as required on an ad hoc basis; and
  • Work with other departments to use research to drive client-based initiatives with the benefit of the broader support of the research team.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good presentation skills, analytical and detail-oriented;
  • Able to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly;
  • Essential educational or professional qualification necessary for successful job performance;
  • A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point.

6. Receptionist (Ref. HK-ADM-2008-59)   
Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, manage front desk and welcome guests;
  • Schedule the use of conference rooms;
  • Organize and distribute incoming correspondences and courier documents;
  • Order stationery, printing matters and other office supplies;
  • Maintain various reports including copying machine meter reports and car/driver usage reports; and
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with at least 5 years relevant experience. Candidate with a background working for multinational corporations is highly desired;
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner;
  • Hands-on usage of Microsoft Outlook is essential. Prior experience in operating PABX system is preferable; and
  • Ability to multitask between reception and administration duties.

7. Analyst (Ref. HK-CON-2008-54)  
CBRE Consulting 

Responsibilities:

  • To analysis and collect field research data, preparation of draft text for inclusion in reports, and the building of databases and statistical models as required by clients;
  • To assist in the collection of information and the production of graphic presentations for consultancy reports and presentations;
  • To ensure a high quality and accuracy of all assignments being assigned or secured;
  • To service the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships; and
  • Assist the team in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree holder in real estate, business, economics or other related disciplines;
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant experience in real estate industry preferable;
  • Sound writing skills in both English and Chinese and the ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly;
  • A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations;
  • Analytical and detail-orientated; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point .

8. Senior Analyst (Ref. HK-RSH-2008-55)  
CBRE Research 

Responsibilities:

  • To commence the collection of field research data, preparation of draft text for inclusion in reports, and the building of databases and statistical models;
  • To undertake the preparation of graphic presentations for research reports and client presentations;
  • To ensure the high quality and accuracy of all assignments being assigned;
  • To assist in data assembly, memoranda and other ad hoc assignments, consolidate and compile research findings; and
  • To support and assist in the production of in-house publications.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree holder in real estate or related quantitative discipline, such as Economics or Finance;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in real estate and / or commercial research, good knowledge of the regional real estate market is desirable;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, sound writing skills in English and the ability to articulate research findings and options succinctly;
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Self-discipline, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines .

9. Marketing Manager (Ref. HK-IPM-2008-56)  
Investment & Project Marketing 

Responsibilities:

  • To set up road shows across the region, liaise and negotiate with both contractors, printing houses, and backdrop designers; 
  • To prepare marketing plans, budget, timeline and proposals;
  • To solicit business and generate leads for the team, including preparatin of marketing materials, orgainse seminars, press conferences and exhibitions independently;
  • Strong design, time management and press handling skills;
  • To maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, and keep thorough records of marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline will be an advantage;
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in exhibition and event organising, press, public relations and communications with a proven track record;
  • Solid experience in the property sector is essential, whilst prior exposure in the China market is preferable;
  • Independent, self-motivated and proactive; 
  • Proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;  
  • Work outside of business hours will be required.

10. Associate Director (Ref. HK-OSV-2008-31) 
Office Services 

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate Office Services CRM clients in relation to manage their requirements and coordinate personnel;
  • To implement strategy and various initiative surrounding the business line with the focus on developers and landlords;
  • To support and take the lead role to coordinate the projects for key clients with a focus on Tier two cities in China;
  • To plan CRM activities with key clients across Greater China in order to create business opportunities;
  • To assist in marketing and branding the business line both internally and externally;
  • To undertake and prepare proposal and presentation on behalf of Office Services, Greater China as well as coordinate responses to representatives from developers and occupiers; and
  • To handle issues relating to the Profit & Loss for China and general operations in relation to the running of business.

Requirements:

  • Master / Undergraduate degree in Real Estate Management or related subjects; 
  • A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience;
  • Strong writing skills and an analytical mind. With the ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly in valuation and professional reports;
  • Strong management skills and able to work in a team with different cultural background;
  • Solid experience in providing high degree of servicing to clients. Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).

11. Finance Manager (Ref. HK-GCS-2008-27) 
Global Corporate Services 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all management accounting to support facilities management activities at the client’s premises;
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Regional Account Manager at the client’s premises;
  • Develops positive relationships with client’s finance, real estate or corporate services department;
  • Manages financial and payment matters as well as payment of expenditure via corporate payment system;
  • upports Regional Account Manager to prepare the budget, forecast and the variance report for the whole account in APAC regularly;
  • Keeps track the actual FM expand vs annual budget in order to make sure operation cost in line with the plan;
  • Provides accurate accounting services for all expenses related to all State Street Leased properties;
  • Supports Regional Account Manager to implement the best accounting practice in compliance with banking rules and regulations; and
  • Facilitates subcontractor payment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, finance or facilities management;
  • Good understanding in the management accounting and financial control tools;
  • Minimum 8 year experience in accounting with 3 years working experience in operation/facilities management industry;
  • Specific and attention to details; and
  • Spoken and written English and Chinese.

12. Senior Manager/Associate Director (Ref. HK-IPT-2008-14)
Investment Properties

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and support in the preparation and presentation of Investment Memoranda and Financial Cash flows;
  • To source all relevant market information, both internally and externally and work closely with other departments;
  • To articulate both financially and in written form on the potential growth in yield, rental and IRR terms of a variety of investment types;
  • To be proactive in accessing supporting market research to reach a conclusion on the investments’ potential growth; and
  • To contact with clients and investors throughout Greater China and track on investors’ buying requirements.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree holder in real estate or other related disciplines, and at least 6 years relevant experience in real estate industry;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and language skills in Cantonese/Mandarin preferred;
  • Competent writing skills and an analytical mind;
  • A high degree of mathematical skills and sound knowledge of the methodology in property investment analysis generally; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point.
