CB Richard Ellis Asset Services has taken full advantage of its over 20 years of experience in Property Management, Project Management and Facilities Management in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan to form a vertically integrated Asset Services division, a move which has positioned us strongly to serve the growing need for our specific expertise in the region. The number of properties under Management are continuing to grow significantly as a result of the increasing recognition of Asset Management"s importance in preserving and enhancing the value of properties.
With the joint effort of our teams located in our offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, we have built up a substantial management portfolio including more than 40 million square feet of properties which are either owned or tenanted by leading Multinational Corporations.

Property Management - CB Richard Ellis provides comprehensive services with a clear focus on maximising value. We partner with our clients to facilitate an efficient transition, lower operating costs while maintaining high service levels and provide accurate, timely property accounting and reporting.
Letting/Leasing - Together with our agency departments, we provide property owners and investors with comprehensive leasing and marketing services for a full range of income-producing properties, including office, industrial and retail buildings.
Tenant Relations programs are designed to promote a high level of personal service through one-on-one communication and tenant appreciation. Based on an asset’s specific marketing and leasing strategy, we will coordinate specialised tenant appreciation events, seasonal activities, concierge services and gifts.
Technical Services – The technical section of Asset Services provide routine repairs and maintenance, building condition survey and project consultancy services to the properties managed by CB Richard Ellis. Our own mobile team would undertake most of the minor repair work in the buildings with high efficiency at lower cost.
Accounting and Financial Reporting maintains property financials on fully integrated real estate accounting systems. Available are standard accounting offerings, such as rent collection, accounts payable, cash management, financial reporting, tenant billing and budgeting, or customised reports.
