 Location

On the hillside above Happy Valley, Jardine¡¯s Lookout is a quiet residential area approximately a twenty-minute commute to the city.

 Accommodation

The area is reasonably low density with a combination of low and high-rise living. High rise developments such as Cavendish Heights offer three and four bedroom apartments with good recreational facilities. Alternatively, there are several older apartments and houses, many in colonial-style. Many of the larger detached properties are owner-occupied.

 Transport

Public bus and light bus services access Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central. The nearest MTR station is at Causeway Bay.

 Shopping

There is a small shopping complex at the corner of Tai Hang and Perkins Road, offering a supermarket, delicatessen, dry-cleaners, post office, and video store. More options are available at Happy Valley and Causeway Bay, both a short drive away.

 Medical

There is a small doctor¡¯s practice at the Dairy Farm complex on Perkins Road. The nearest hospital is the Adventist on Stubbs Road.

 Education

The French International School¡¯s primary campus and the HK Japanese School are both located on Price Road in Jardine¡¯s Lookout.

 Recreation

Larger housing complexes offer recreational facilities for the use of residents. The Jardine¡¯s Lookout Residents Club is a local community centre offering a swimming pool and tennis courts. The Cricket Club is nearby and the Urban Services Tennis Centre is also accessible at Wong Nai Chung Gap Road. Some properties overlook the Hong Kong Stadium, host to the International Rugby Sevens event every March. Restaurants can be found at Causeway Bay and Happy Valley.
