Pre-Move
Before you leave your home country, you will receive pre-departure counselling from a CB Richard Ellis Orientation Consultant. The Orientation Consultant will give an outline of 'what to expect' when you transfer to Hong Kong and assist by preparing a personalised programme to cater to your individual needs.
Pre-Move Visit
A welcome fax or letter is sent to you at your hotel on the day of arrival in Hong Kong. This acts as an introduction to the CB Richard Ellis Orientation Consultant who arranges a time to meet you. This pre-move programme typically includes:

An overview of Hong Kong with a question and answer session |

Unique 'all you need to know' handbook and city information pack, including for example, taxi cards |
· |
Drive through major residential locations and neighbourhood resources |
· |
Information on medical and dental centres |
· |
Information on food shopping alternatives |
· |
Information on banking options |
· |
If required, the Orientation Consultant can provide information on schools and accompany you when meeting with school officials |

Information on the various clubs, social and support groups |
· |
Domestic helpers |
CB Richard Ellis Residential Services can also provide Immigration Services.
Post-Move
Once you arrive, our Orientation Consultant will make contact to arrange continuation of the Orientation Programme, if required, which typically includes the following:

This tour familiarises you with the location of major streets and landmark buildings. Resources for fabrics, furniture, antiques, appliances, carpets, etc can be visited. |
