Regional Director

Nick is a Director at CBRE covering the Asia Pacific and Asia regions. Nick has over 20 years industry experience having successfully delivered projects for International Clients across Asia Pacific.

He is particularly accustomed to working with MNC clients and has a good understanding of their needs and expectations having worked aside them in their offices.

His systematic and methodical approach is demonstrated by having implemented business process systems across the region to ensure best practice whilst maintaining standardisation in reporting and documentation.

He has a successful track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and exceeding client’s expectations for interior office fit-outs, move management, change management and IT system projects. Nick also has experience with working on LEED accredited projects including CBRE’s Hong Kong office which was recognised at the Hong Kong Green Building Awards with a Merit Award for its green fit out.


Prior to joining CBRE, Nick worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Beijing. He also worked for Bovis Lend Lease in Sydney. Nick’s range of experience is substantial having worked “hands on” from the grass roots level up as a site engineer prior to becoming a project manager.

Some of Nick’s assignments include Account Manager for overseeing all of The McGraw-Hill Companies projects across Asia Pacific, Restack and Consolidation projects for RBS in Hong Kong (1,300 people across 4 buildings), ExxonMobil in Tokyo (1,400 people from 2 buildings) and Singapore (1,000 people from 7 buildings) and Bank of America in Hong Kong. Nick has also been involved with Retail Representation for Motrorola in Beijing and responsible for the implementation of a unified PjM & KM Intranet system across 16 offices in Asia Pacific for Jones Lang LaSalle.​​​
